Anthony Pasmore from Ray White Metro West Residential engaged the services of Design Vision to prepare this beautiful 1980’s architectural masterpiece ready for sale.
Our Property Styling Services
Our objective with the Kenmore residence property styling project was to make the architecture the point of focus, while drawing potential buyers into the multiple living areas flowing through from indoor to outdoor.
Seamlessly blending the client’s antiques alongside some of our more modern pieces, this part style project maximised the space to allow the buyer to experience the grandiosity of this property.
What is a ‘part style’?
A ‘part style’ is when we use clients antiques and mix them with our pieces. This is harder to do as it requires a lot more design thought to successfully blend old and new pieces.
Filling a house with all new furniture is easy – matching new pieces to a clients existing furniture is the tricky part!
Our Approach
- The architecture was the point of focus, drawing potential buyers into the multiple living areas.
- To seamlessly blend clients antiques with some of our modern pieces.
- Design Vision always use a three colour palette as one for property styling so the house feels bigger and appears united from each doorway.

As were engaged to help get this Kenmore property ready for sale, it was important to create a united feel from the front door throughout the entire home, flowing through from indoor to outdoor. In contrast, if we were designing the house for the owners we might choose different colours for each room to suit residents’ personalities.
