The Brief
Ray White Albion engaged the services of Design Vision to prepare this renovated, post war timber home ready for sale.
Our Property Styling Services
Our objective with the Albion residence property styling project was to make the home feel larger than it was with a fresh, warm and modern feel.
Our Approach
- The room sizes had some challenges. We wanted to make the dining room feel larger than it was and float a dining table in the middle of a walkway, and fit in a lounge into a tight corner area right up against glass doors.
- We decided to go with a light grey and cream palette to match the grey VJ walls, and use white and nordic style furniture to freshen up the timber floors.
- Our aim was to direct the focus of potential buyers away from the renovations and the neighbours.
