The Brief
Place Graceville engaged the services of Design Vision to prepare this property for sale. The home had been tenanted for years and was full of furniture.
The house had been repainted and nicely presented by the Agent. We love working with agents that really care about the whole presentation and arrange the trade services before we arrive!
Our Property Styling Services
Having never met the home owner we drew inspiration from the interior finishes and the pop of colour at the exterior. Our objective with the Graceville residence property styling project was to leave the property with a fresh feel that would draw in all the extended family members this home can house!
Our Approach
- The house was a tidy timber home with three living spaces and a separate downstairs flat. The house was needing better light and some personality!
- It was rather dark inside with dark timber floors and a lot of smaller rooms to fill. We decided to use timber furniture instead of white, adding a pop of colour with lots of fun fabric artwork.
- Our aim was to have a house full of fresh colours to draw occupants in.
We are very happy with the end result and so is the client!
