Our Property Styling Services
Staging this 3 level home right in the heart of the Valley Precinct was another exciting partial styling challenge for us. We knew we had to match the luxury premium level of finish in this amazing home.
Our Approach
The client had some great indigenous colourful paintings for us to work with so we incorporated these into our furniture choices. So added our own original paintings of the same style to continue this thread through the house.
The architecture is very contemporary with black framed windows and formal silk curtains, so we selected a deeper colour palate of black and browns and a pop of orange to match the artwork in the formal living level.
On the ground floor we had another large tiled lounge area and a sitting area overlooking the pool so we used deep blues to coordinate with the pool blue and the charcoal curtains. The main bedroom sits on its own level and we styled this up with the clients own bedlinen, matching luxury velvet bedhead and mirror.
We love making a clients home look just like an extension of their own furnishings, rather than a display – and we are thrilled with the result, as was the client and the agent.
